 If your order showed a Shop Promise date and arrived late, file a claim directly with Shopify:

1. Open the Shop app → tap your order → tap the Shop Promise banner → choose Claim your $.

2. No app? Use the Shop web form to report an issue.
   Claims are handled by Shopify (not Fancy Bands). For eligible Shop Pay orders, Shopify typically issues Shop Cash as the benefit.
