My order says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive it
TL;DR: Most “delivered” packages show up within 1–2 business days. Check common spots (porch, mailbox, parcel locker, neighbor/office) and confirm your address. If it’s still missing after 2 business days, follow the steps below or contact us—we’ll help.
Quick checks (2–3 minutes)
- Look around the delivery area: mailbox, porch, side/back door, garage, bushes, parcel locker, apartment office/HOA desk.
- Ask household members & neighbors: someone may have accepted or brought it in.
- Verify the shipping address: compare your order confirmation to the shipping label/address.
- Give it 1–2 business days: USPS/UPS sometimes scan “delivered” before the final hand-off.
Still missing after 1–2 business days? Do this:
Step 1 — Start a carrier trace
- USPS: visit or call your local Post Office and request a Missing Mail Search/Trace with your tracking number.
- UPS: contact UPS and request a Driver Follow-Up/Trace for your tracking number.
Tip: Traces often resolve packages that were mis-scanned or delivered to a nearby address.
Step 2 — Contact Fancy Bands
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number (e.g., FB-12345)
- Name and shipping ZIP
- What you’ve already tried (checks above / carrier trace)
- Any helpful photos or notes (e.g., parcel-locker slip, neighbor note)
We’ll review your order, confirm tracking events, and advise next steps (replacement options, carrier/insurance claim, etc.).
Important notes
- Wrong/old address: If the address was incorrect and the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out with options (reshipment or refund minus shipping/fees per our policy).
- Insurance: All orders are insured. If a package is confirmed lost in transit (not delivered), we’ll assist with the insurance claim process.
When to contact us immediately
- Tracking shows Delivered to a city/ZIP that isn’t yours
- Multiple packages to the same address are missing
- Tracking shows Delivered to locker/office you can’t access
