Returns and Exchanges Policy (Domestic and International)

Introduction:
At Fancy Bands, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase, whether you're shopping from within the US or internationally.

  • Eligibility Window: Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.

Domestic Return & Exchanges

  • Shipping Labels: We provide a free shipping label for exchanges and returns for store credit.
  • Refunds to Original Payment Method: For returns to the original payment method, there is a shipping fee of $5.99 deducted from your refund.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

International Return & Exchanges

  • Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that these costs can sometimes exceed the value of the merchandise.
  • Exchanges and Store Credit: While we offer exchanges and store credit for international orders, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or required upfront for exchanges.
  • Refunds to Original Payment Method: Refunds are provided to the original method of payment with the cost of the return shipping label deducted.
